Who am I?
I am a woman, a woman who feels empowered through learning and through self-growth. I am an open-minded being who enjoys intellectual and insightful conversation that challenges my perspective and the perspective of others. I am an analytical and a critical thinker; often times I am an overthinker. I am a sensitive and compassionate soul who feels at peace when there is harmony and unity. I am down to earth and I am one who loves basking in the simple beauties of this planet. I am an individual navigating my path in life and I hope that sharing my experiences can help you find a sense of guidance in your own journey.
As a Bay Area native, I am from Berkeley, California. I grew up in a sports-oriented family, so naturally, I live a very active lifestyle. I fell in love with volleyball at the age of 12 and have been playing ever since. I picked up coaching in 2017 during my Junior year in college and continue to teach the future generations of volleyball players. I started my collegiate career playing at Middle Tennessee State, then transferred to Oregon State, and finally settled in San Diego where I finished my last two years playing as an Aztec. I studied journalism, communications, public relations, and marketing as an undergrad and obtained a bachelor’s in Interdisciplinary studies. I moved to Memphis, Tennessee in the summer of 2019, right after graduation to start one of life’s many post-college adventures.
